Why teams bring us in
Most engineering teams don't need more tests. They need the right tests, running reliably, on every commit. That's the difference between a QA program that speeds up releases and one that everyone eventually ignores.
Bytenexa's QA automation services are built around three non-negotiables: no flake, readable reports, and you own the code. We embed with your team, design the framework around your stack, and hand off a suite your engineers can actually maintain.
What's included
Framework Design
Page objects, fixtures, data-builders, tagging strategy — architected for the way your team writes code.
Regression Suite Build-Out
Critical-path coverage first: auth, checkout, key CRUD flows. Then breadth. Always in priority order.
CI & Parallel Execution
GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI. Parallel-4 or Parallel-16 — whatever your suite needs.
Flake Triage & Stabilization
We hunt down every flaky test. Deterministic waits, isolated data, no retry: 3.
Reporting Dashboards
Allure, ReportPortal, or a custom Slack digest — reports your PMs will actually read.
Ownership Transition
Full documentation, pair-programming sessions, and a maintenance runbook. Then optional retainer.
Frameworks we build in
The right framework is a function of your stack and your team's strengths — not the trendiest choice. We're fluent in Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, and Appium. We typically recommend Playwright for greenfield web work, Cypress for teams already deep in the JS ecosystem, and Selenium when you need cross-language or legacy-stack fidelity.
How the engagement runs
- Test Audit (Week 0, free) — 30-minute call plus a written brief covering coverage gaps, CI health, and the fastest wins.
- Framework Pilot (Weeks 1–3) — we ship the framework plus 20–30 critical-path tests running green in your CI.
- Regression Build-Out (Weeks 4–12) — we grow the suite to your target coverage level.
- Ownership + Retainer — full hand-off, optional monthly maintenance retainer if you want it.
Who this is for
- Product teams shipping weekly or faster who need regression coverage that keeps up
- Series A–D scale-ups where QA became a bottleneck
- Enterprises replacing a costly staff-augmentation QA vendor
- Teams inheriting a flaky, half-abandoned test suite
